Iranian media reported that Mohsin Razai, the secretary of the Supreme National Security Council of the Islamic Republic, gave him the message of Mujtaba Khamenei, the leader of the Islamic Republic, during his meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin at the Kremlin Palace on Thursday.
The Interfax news agency reported that Razai went to Moscow on an unannounced trip to meet and talk with Russian officials.
