The Minister of Higher Education met with a delegation of doctors participating in the Syrian Radiology Conference.
The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Marwan Al-Halabi, met with a delegation of doctors participating in the Syrian Radiology Conference, organized by the Union of Syrian Radiologists under the auspices of the ministry between the 5th and 7th of this month.
The meeting touched on the importance of the scientific program presented by the lecturers, and the special expertise and knowledge it has that contribute to the development of medical practice and the promotion of specializations related to radiology.
Both sides emphasized the need to provide better quality scientific opportunities to allow postgraduate students to interact with Syrian doctors specializing in interventional radiology in international medical institutions and research centers.
The participants noted that this scientific interaction contributes to increasing the special knowledge of the students and linking them to the latest international developments and technologies adopted in this field.
Minister Al-Halabi emphasized the need to act to encourage Syrian medical personnel in the diaspora to return to Israel, and benefit from their scientific and practical expertise to support the health and education sectors.
