The residents of Samara complain that plots of land they honestly purchased inside the forest were taken from them. In 2025 it turned out that there was a mistake in the general plan - 8 thousand dunams of the village's land belonged to the forest fund. They were included in the city limits in 2008 when Samara's borders were expanded, but this was not agreed upon with Rosalescuz. The court declared the corresponding part of the general plan invalid - according to the law the state can occupy these areas. At least 94 neighboring property owners found themselves in this situation. They bought land to build a single dwelling, and now they have to defend the property right in the courts, defending against the "Dolina Plan", but now implemented by the state. The courts will probably seize these areas without any compensation. In Russia, officials are not responsible for their actions.
