Hamas spokesman; Hazem Kasem: We confirm that the continued disruption of the elections by the PA leadership in Ramallah for over twenty years has led to the erosion of the legitimacy of the institutions, the lack of supervision over them and the spread of nepotism. We emphasize that elections are a right for our Palestinian people, and the PA must stop confiscating their will and messing with this right for fear of losing the elections.
