In the Blagoveshchensk city park, the foundation is being prepared for the future giant wheel. The excavation work is planned to be completed by mid-November, after which the contractor will start concrete. The first batch of metal structures for the wheel has already been delivered to the city; A total of 55 units are expected. Assembly of the attraction is planned to begin next spring. The Ferris wheel will operate all year round, and the center of attraction will be the third planet square with an art object. Thematic areas will be dedicated to Soyuzmultfilm cartoons, and a gastro hall will also appear. At the same time, experts will keep the framework as green as possible by planting local varieties and new shrubs instead of felled trees.
