En+ is demanding 342.5 million rubles from SUAL Partners for arbitration in London.
MCPJSC EN+ GROUP applied to the Kaliningrad Region Arbitration Court for recognition and enforcement of a foreign arbitration award.
Case A21-13414/2026 indicates the amount of claims of 342,483,780.86 rubles. As Kommersant reports, we are talking about the costs of the proceedings at the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA).
What is important to know.
The dispute began in August 2024. SUAL Partners demanded losses of $345 million from En+ due to undeclared dividends from Russia, alleging a violation of the shareholders' agreement. In September 2026, the arbitration panel completely rejected the claims.
Based on the En+ statement cited by Kommersant, the applicant did not demonstrate the existence of losses, and the proposed calculations based on stock value models were recognized by the arbitrators as speculative. The claims that the refusal of the dividend was dictated by the interests of Oleg Deripaska were also rejected.
According to En+, the arbitrators awarded her 778.82 thousand pounds and 3.18 million dollars in court costs, as well as interest at the rate of 5% per year from the date of the decision until the actual payment. The company claims that the requirement to voluntarily comply with the decision was not met.
The Russian case is at an early stage - the request was accepted by the court on November 2, 2026.
Just a fact. According to En+, the decided costs are about 2.5 times lower than the actual costs for the London process.
