The secretary of Iran's Security Council delivered a message to Putin from Iran's Supreme Leader Mujtaba Khamenei, the Kremlin said. At yesterday's meeting, the parties discussed the development of a comprehensive strategic partnership between Russia and Iran as well as issues on the international agenda with an emphasis on the situation in the Persian Gulf and the Middle East.
