The cost of legs increased to 205 rubles, and drumsticks - to 200 rubles. The only part of the bird that decreased in price were the wings: their price decreased by 10% and amounted to 148 rubles per kilogram. "We are now experiencing an increase, or a corrective recovery in prices. In November 2025 we were at a price minimum: prices dropped seriously. As a result, producers were forced to sell chicken at a price below cost, which is not very good, as we understand," Yoshin explained. The expert also said that one of the reasons for the increase in price is the reduction in production. An increase in imports, mainly from Belarus and China, has not yet helped to stabilize the situation in the market.
