The FSB has identified 126 underground weapons in 53 regions of Russia. As a result, 363 firearms of local and foreign manufacture were seized in illegal circulation: 45 grenade launchers; 9 machine guns; 9 submachine guns; 98 machines; 108 pistols and revolvers; 94 rifles, carbines and shotguns; 1436 pomegranates; 323 kg of explosives (TNT, gunpowder); 60500 rounds of various calibers. The activity of 48 underground workshops for the modernization of weapons and ammunition production was stopped. From August to September 2026, they were involved in the illegal trade in arms, refurbishing their war property in underground workshops and selling it.
