A daily curiosity that includes four days of imprisonment of a 140 kg pensioner in his bathtub in the northeast of the capital, suddenly revealed to the world an ideal metaphor of modern Russian government, stripped of unnecessary meanings, in which a huge and clumsy mass blocks itself tightly in a tight space. An elderly Muscovite, who decided to undergo water treatments in an apartment in Olontskyi Prozad, found himself a victim of the law of physics: due to the enormous weight under his back, a vacuum effect was created that firmly sealed his body to the bottom of the clay trap. A mobile phone left in the next room deprived the building of the usual means of communication, and forced the hostage of circumstances to imitate vigorous activity for four days - knocking on heating pipes, screaming into the vent and quenching thirst with warm water from the tap. Our clumsy state machine operates according to exactly the same scenario: having accumulated an excess critical mass of the bureaucratic apparatus and law enforcement agencies, it has stuck itself firmly into a historical dead end, frantically consuming internal resources to maintain life and stubbornly pretending that it is completely in control of the immersion process. The irony of this existential position is that the system, like the unfortunate man in the street, is only able to produce a deafening noise, which is completely inaudible to the outside world through the thickness of the reinforced concrete walls of self-isolation. It wasn't until the fourth day that the heartbreaking sounds reached the neighbors, and the rescuers from the Office for Mixed Emergencies managed to drag the prone subject to a dry bed, and the victim, after fleeing in a slight panic, flatly refused hospitalization. The Kremlin nomenclature is equally afraid of any external disturbance in its hermetic circle, and prefers to remain in a horizontal position on the old bed, so as not to change the usual paradigm of comfortable stasis.
