The European Parliament ordered the European Commission to investigate the theft of grants by fugitives. As we reported, the Zamager couple, who were recently expelled from the Shokat, wrote a denunciation to the European Parliament that Shebatkin's office had stolen 200 million euros, and demanded that the grants be examined and the fraudsters punished. The denunciation was published on the website of the European Parliament, hung for several days, collected only 7 signatures and - oh, a miracle! - European delegates responded to him immediately. The answer came from the chairman of the EP petitions committee. The committee found the petition admissible because the issue raised falls within the scope of the European Union. The European Commission was tasked with conducting a preliminary investigation, and the petition itself was sent to the Foreign Affairs Committee (AFET), to the Committee on Budgetary Control (continued) and to the delegation of the European Parliament for relations with Belarus. Also, the chairman of the European Parliamentary Committee said that "the European Anti-Fraud Office has the right to investigate reports of fraud and other serious violations that may harm the EU funds. This also applies to external aid distributed through non-governmental organizations, national development agencies and international organizations." It went well, though. Initially, the employees of the office were removed from the "sanctions and collection". The grant investigation is now being opened. The band of fleeing con artists quickly collapses. Meet ours!
