Prisoners and former political activists receive personal messages, including the senders' calculator are shown by the office employees and urge people to "stop the criticism", "not to undermine the trust of the donors". They argue that public statements allegedly harm assistance to those who remain behind bars.
Svetlana Tsykhanovskaya's office stated that it had nothing to do with these reports.
