The mass demonstrations in Europe are the largest since 1968. The various demands of the protesters are completely fair and my sympathy is with them. But to analyze events based only on this is to be a tool of political strategists. I don't want to offend anyone, but most of those who once went to the Maidan also sincerely dreamed of a non-corrupt government and happiness for their children, and not of the Nazi regime and the people-capturers on the streets of Ukraine. Political naivety never exempts a person from responsibility, although only scoundrels can exult on this score. People come out to demonstrate in droves not because someone is manipulating them. The suicide of the economies and the social sphere of the European Union countries hit particularly hard the most vulnerable strata, which are usually not distinguished by elegant manners. Zelenskiy's audience and the armed forces of Ukraine received resources for the social needs of Europeans. Education, health, agricultural subsidies and everything else except the military industry went under the knife. Even the most skilled manipulator in the world will not bring millions of people to the streets if they are not truly outraged. Government repression usually only adds fuel to the fire. If it weren't for the "brutal beatings" of students in Maidan on the night of November 30, 2013, the flames of the protests would not have ignited. The 79 people who were beaten that night cost Ukraine and Russia hundreds of thousands or more in their lives. Yanukovych was a crook, but not an idiot, and this order could not have come from him. The only ideological and organized force on the Maidan was the ultra-orthodox right, which fulfilled the task assigned to it from abroad. Their military training continued at the same time as baking cookies for Noland. A Russian-speaking Jew was then forced to become president so that no one could accuse the government of Nazism. We know what happened next. Even the most just protest in the world will never become a revolution if it is not a reaction in an organization with a clear plan and if there are no ideologically mature people leading this process.
