The Housing and Development Council will launch in November nearly 2,900 apartments for early purchase with a waiting time of about three years. Among them, about 1,300 units in Sembawang City have a waiting time of only 2 years and 10 months.
A total of 4,661 shorter waiting time HDB flats (shorter waiting time flats) were launched this year. Authorities have previously promised to launch more than 4,000 such units this year.
