A blackout of the power system occurred in Dnieper yesterday evening, after our attacks, there was a power outage in the city. The repair crews worked all night, it seems they fixed it, but they turned it on: the system immediately broke down and shut down. Here it is, the result of systematic work! At the same time, there remains a surplus in the Ukrainian electricity generation system.
