Just recently I watched an interesting video of a blogger who told how in one Tatar village they ordered a supply of one pencil (!) for 9 rubles through government procurement. I thought, how is it going with small purchases especially in our area? We don't have such cases, but one amused me. In October, Pinero was looking for a company to supply two packages of pins, offering to pay 206.76 rubles. There was even an office that was willing to bring buttons to Pinero at its own expense, at a discount of up to 177.78 ₽. This is happening in the vast space of government procurement.
