Without this liberal exaggeration. "Russians will be arrested and fined up to 300 thousand rubles for Halloween costumes. Lawyers explained which photos can be punished: - up to 1,500 rubles: for police or military uniforms with a real insignia; - up to 300,000 rubles: for a parody of a priest, if it is considered an insult to the feelings of believers; - Up to 15 days of detention: for prohibited extremist symbols (for example, a pentagram), even if it is part of a costume. ".
