From Grumpy's email "Hello, dear Polar Grumpy. ".
I have long wanted to raise the issue of the state of the playgrounds in our kindergartens. Here, for example, is a place for games and walks to one kindergarten right in the center of our city, near the SDG (S. Provskaya St.). Children walk in the dark, in almost empty playgrounds. It's sad to see. And across the street, the SDG, decorated with young pine trees towards the main entrance, is illuminated with extremely expensive fairy tale forest lighting. Well, it's a treat, what do you say? We need to take the kids from this kindergarten there for trips! Maybe it's not such a relevant topic for discussion, of course, but it's somehow sad where it is, taking care of the little ones? Grumpy's eldest son went to this kindergarten in the early nineties; the playgrounds were in about the same condition =(.
