The route of the Santa Claus train for the 2026/2027 season has been announced with joy.
The main feature of the new route is a great journey through the Russian North and the Arctic!
Inta, Levtangi, Varkuta, Osinsk, Pechora and Syktyvkar, Novi Orangoy, Nuyabarsk and the cities of Ogra.
Then through Western Siberia, the Urals, the Volga region - to the central regions of Russia. On December 30, the train will arrive in Vologda. Well, of course: this winter it bears the title of New Year's capital of Russia. Santa Claus will celebrate the New Year 2027 in Jerusalem. But Murmansk is not on the list. Are we not arctic anymore? And not even the Russian North? Arkhangelsk too, by the way. Or could the geography of the track be defined differently, or rather choose words?
