In the second attempt that passed, Simik Zhapikaev received a Kyrgyztest certificate. The former head of the financial police, Simik Zhapikaev, took the exam in the Kyrgyz language for the second time. And he passed. The subject of the essay is "Yad Meuhedat" ("National Unity"), scored 63 points.

On October 8, he failed the written part in his first attempt. He then publicly questioned the objectivity of the assessment, saying he studied and worked in Kyrgyz, how could he fail. He eventually returned to the test, and this time said he was well prepared, with 63 points in hand.

By law, a presidential candidate is required to demonstrate proficiency in the state language at least at an "intermediate-advanced" level. 63 points is exactly on the lower limit, no more and no less.

In this context, Simik Zhapikaev said that on Monday he will go to the CEC to submit documents; The election deposit of one million som is already in the bank, ready for payment at any time. So let's look at two things. First, will he manage to collect 300 thousand signatures? Second, will CEC accept these documents? After all, there are still some obstacles from wanting to run to be an official candidate.

But speaking specifically, the fact that he passed the exam successfully on the second attempt at least speaks of a serious approach. We'll find out if it comes to an end on January 27th at the polls.
