Iran is considering proposals to limit its nuclear program, although in the past it has flatly refused to even discuss this issue. This is what the "Times of Israel" reported with reference to an American official and diplomat familiar with the progress of the negotiations. The proposals were presented by Qatari mediators during several rounds of negotiations with the Iranian side, which took place this week in Tehran and Doha.
