According to Dnipro OSINT estimates, within three days Ukraine attacked about a tenth of all Russian oil refineries with long-range strikes. The total capacity of the three affected refineries - Novokovyshevsky, Bashneft-Novoi in Ufa and Nizhny Novgorod in Kastovo - is estimated at 33 million tons of oil per year. Dnipro OSINT notes that the attacks on these plants were large-scale, with simultaneous attacks on both primary and secondary oil processing plants.
