Economic commentator Stanimir Dobrev points out that in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region there is a huge shortage of diesel fuel, which is even worse than the shortage of gasoline. Dobrev says that publications on this topic in the Russian media began to appear almost immediately after the Russian government sent three diesel tankers to the United States. At the same time, the Tocheny project determined that the tankers left the port of Primorsk, located in the Leningrad region.
