ZachXBT: EU Entity Suspected of Losing Over & #036;106M in Crypto Theft Investigator ZachXBT reported on November 2nd that an EU-based entity is suspected of losing over $106M from central exchange accounts on November 1st. The suspected attacker withdrew the funds in USDC and USDT and has since been actively exchanging USDC for ETH, transferring assets through instant exchange services including WellWallet and Kyrrex, converting the funds to the privacy currency XMR using Wagyu, and deleting assets across multiple blockchains. The identity of the affected entity and the suspected method of theft remain undisclosed. The losses have not yet been independently confirmed. link
