The Tarasa gas station chain has ceased operations.
All 53 stations of the Trassa brand, owned by EuroTrans, are not operating, the Energy Ministry of the Moscow region reported. According to the department, Gazprombank Leasing confiscates all 57 gas stations leased to the company: 53 in the Moscow region, four more in other regions.
40 stations in the area have already been sealed off and access to workers is prohibited. Another 17 gas stations are scheduled to be confiscated by the end of the week. The ministry also reported that EuroTrans is facing bankruptcy proceedings.
