Crimea remained without electricity and water supply due to power outages in Crimea, school holidays were extended. Sergey Aksenov said that classes should resume on November 9. The Russian Ministry of Energy admitted that the cause of the outages was attacks by the armed forces of Ukraine on the energy infrastructure.
