️🇺🇦🇺🇸🇦🇪🇷🇺Interfax: The Russian delegation that will participate in the negotiations on Ukraine in Abu Dhabi has announced that its delegation to Abu Dhabi for tripartite negotiations has been upgraded to include more senior officials.
The delegation will include the Chairman of Historical Education Medinsky, Assistant to the President of the Russian Federation; Deputy Ministers of Foreign Affairs Sergei Ryabkov and Mikhail Glozin; and representatives of two departments of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces, Igor Kostyukov and Yuri Zhigerlovsky.
Ryabkov's inclusion is notable because he oversaw Russia's relations with Iran.
