🇻🇪🇺🇸 Venezuela reopened Washington Square in Caracas, in honor of the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence of the USA and the legacy of founding father George Washington.
Acting President Delsea Rodriguez paid tribute to the United States alongside US Secretary of State John Barrett, who attended the ceremony as the two countries marked 191 years of diplomatic relations.
