️️🇪🇺🇺🇦🇷🇺 Kremlin spokesman Peskov says Russia has not yet received a peace proposal from Europe.
"Since, one way or another, the discussion will turn to the future security architecture in Europe - specifically, when there will be talks about mutual security guarantees between Russia and Ukraine - of course it will be impossible to continue without the Europeans at some point.
Therefore, we will have to have a conversation with the Europeans, but as we can see, they have not even been able to decide yet who can speak for them. This is why we see such prolonged indecision and reluctance on their side."
