๐บ๐ธ๐ป๐ช Secretary of State Marco Rubio met with Venezuelan Foreign Minister Oliver Blanco at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and reaffirmed the President's three-phase plan for Venezuela of stabilization, economic recovery and political reconciliation and democratic transition, as both discussed progress in Venezuela's leadership in leading electoral reconciliation reforms and laying the groundwork for electoral reconciliation reforms.
Rubio also urged the continued release of the remaining political prisoners in Venezuela.
