️🇮🇷🇴🇲 Route Risk Intelligence: Iran's Persian Straits Authority (PGSA) has reportedly added 114 ships to its non-compliance list, bringing the total to 240 ships facing possible restrictions in the Strait of Hormuz.
The newly listed vessels include tankers operated by Sinokor and shipping fleets associated with the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and Qatar. Vessels on the list may face fines, detention or confiscation, while vessels that carry out transfers or cooperate with them can be added.
Orbital assesses the maritime security threat in the Strait of Hormuz as severe (4/5), and warns that there is a high probability of additional attacks against vessels on the list during the next seven days. This is the ministry's risk assessment, not approval for planned attacks.
