️🇵🇸🇮🇱 TRT World: Israeli forces have withdrawn from Hebron after a 10-day siege, according to Governor Khaled Dodin, who said Palestinian security forces have taken over and displaced families can return.
The Hebron municipality said that 4,969 Palestinians from 780 families were displaced from their homes and at least 15.
Houses and other buildings were destroyed. The authorities also reported damage to infrastructure and disruption to education.
The operation began on October 23 following a shooting in which two Israeli soldiers were killed and three others were wounded.
