"Therefore, three countries in the region signed the Mecca Agreement, but their trip to Tehran was not as members of the Mecca Agreement; it was about three major countries in the region consulting with another major country.
The four of us consulted in Tehran on current regional issues. In my opinion, it was a very good start. The attitude of the countries that came to Tehran was very positive and constructive, and we had very good talks, and in the end a decision was made.
We have decided that these talks will continue at different levels between the four countries."
