️🇪🇸 Spain has launched the F-112 Roger de Lauria, the second of five F-110 multipurpose frigates, at the Navantia shipyard in Ferrol.
The F-110 program, valued at more than 4.3 billion euros, is intended to replace the Navy's aging Santa Maria-class frigates. The new tools include advanced anti-submarine, air defense and surface warfare capabilities, alongside sophisticated digital systems. The Roger de Lauria is expected to be delivered to the Spanish Navy in 2029.
