"It makes no sense to negotiate the fate of a country without the country itself being present. There were too many conversations and discussions. Many leaders tried to decide our fate without us. As we know, this did not bring results. That's why I see it as a fruitless process. It will not lead to any results. Of course, the leaders of these countries have issues that I will not discuss at the table, but I will not discuss them.
In particular, they cannot discuss anything related to critical issues such as sovereignty and territorial integrity. Because these are matters that concern only that country and are internal affairs of the country. But if we want the war to end and are talking about it, it is possible to reach such an agreement at the table where the warring parties are, and we can reach an agreement that will actually lead to a result with tangible effects."
