"One of the rules is that ships flying the Turkish flag or any other flag, for example, will be allowed to reach Ukrainian ports, and Russia must not attack them. Similarly, when ships flying the Turkish flag, for example, enter Russian ports, Ukraine will not attack those ships either. However, even with such minimal measures, we can ensure security on the Black Sea route to make navigation safer."
