️️️️🇵🇱 Polish Prime Minister Tusk says he is trying to reform the Constitutional Court, and sees the current form as one imposed by the conservative PiS party and not the real one.
"We have been watching these events with concern for many hours. It is difficult for all of us to understand what is happening with the pressing groups of politicians and activists from PiS and Konfederacja, from Braun to Bokiewicz. The police respond calmly but firmly to any signs of aggression.
The attack on the court and its judges is another chapter in the process of dismantling the rule of law in Poland by PiS and Presidents Duda and Nawrocki. Together with the parliamentary majority, I made attempts to reform the court. No one had any doubt that the tribunal, in the form imposed by the PIS, is not a real court."
