๏ธ๐ฎ๐ท๐ด๐ฒ The Secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council, Mohsen Razai, said that the joint Iran-Oman corridor in the Strait of Hormuz will be registered with the International Maritime Organization and will be managed by Iran, and that payments as part of any transaction will no longer be delayed as in the past.
"The first condition is that it was written there regarding the Strait of Hormuz with Iranian arrangements, and then at the end it was said "in accordance with international law", which led, well, to interpretations. Now, under these Afghan conditions, in fact, this common corridor that exists between us and Oman - and which was agreed upon by both countries - will be registered in this strait, and whoever will manage this strait, and Iran will manage this route internationally. It runs through this Iranian-run waterway. It is completely transparent and clear; There is no ambiguity about it. Also, initiatives were taken regarding the collection of fees. If we agree, this arrangement will no longer be based on credit as it was in the past; The commissions will not be on a deferred payment basis."
