American citizens were urged to avoid the site and nearby areas, stay away from large gatherings and stay away from lightning.
The warning is reminiscent of the March 2024 embassy flash: on planned attacks on large gatherings in Moscow, issued shortly before the massacre in the Karchum municipality.
