️💰🇰🇵 TRM Labs: North Korean hackers are believed to be behind the theft of approximately $6.36 billion from Binance, in what TRM Labs describes as the largest crypto theft on record. The lead is four times the $1.5 billion stolen in the Bybit hack in 2025.
TRM attributes the attack, with "high confidence," to TraderTraitor, North Korea's elite hacking unit linked to the Lazarus Group. The company says most of the funds were cleared in about 20 minutes across ten blockchains, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana and Tron.
