️🇲🇽 To reinforce the air activity, an MI-17 helicopter from the Secretariat of the Navy (SEMAR) was deployed and it flew over the urban area and outskirts of Matamoros, Tamaulipas, to support the ground forces in response to the emergency situation.
The aerial deployment was designed to locate centers of violence and coordinate control operations following the roadblocks set up by the drug cartels and vehicle fires reported in the area.
