️🇷🇸🇮🇱 AP: An attacker armed with two knives was shot dead after attacking a Serbian gendarmerie officer guarding the Israeli embassy in Belgrade on Wednesday.
The suspect, described by Serbian Interior Minister Ivic Dacic as a minor, reportedly shouted "Allah Akbar" during the attack. The policeman was slightly injured.
Dacic said that the suspect is known to the security services and that the authorities are treating the incident as a terrorist attack.
Serbia raised its terror threat level to the highest level and strengthened security around key locations.
