Houthi military spokesman Yahya Sari announced a series of strikes on Saudi Arabia, including a ballistic missile attack on the Ras Tanura refinery that he said caused major fires, and strikes on two military transport planes at Abha Airport and Bayer Bas Mushais Khalid. He also claimed a direct missile hit at the Ministry of Defense in Riyadh, and said that the Houthi forces thwarted a Saudi-backed advance from the south in Ab al-Mandab led by the Saudi officer Badr al-Harbi, and caused heavy losses.
