️🇸🇾 The Syrian Monitoring Center for Human Rights: According to reports, about 20 vehicles belonging to displaced Kurdish families were vandalized and burned in Betel Abyad, in Raqqa Governorate, while the families tried to return and reclaim their homes and lands.
The families arrived with official documents proving the ownership of their properties. SOHR reported that the attack included stones, sticks and gunfire, with threats directed at the returnees as well.
The organization called for the investigation and protection of displaced Kurds who seek to return their property.
