According to IDF data, the exercise was led by the Commander of the Israeli Navy, Major General Eyal Harel, alongside the Chief of the Greek Navy, Vice Admiral Dimitrios-Eleftherios Kataras and the Chief of the General Staff of the Hellenic National Defense, Major General Dimitrios Hopis.

The exercise included identifying and neutralizing naval threats, coordinating naval maneuvers and sinking a simulated enemy ship by firing missiles.
