Sari claimed that Saudi officers, led by Colonel Badr Salah al-Harbi, are overseeing the recruitment and equipping of forces intended to attack Yemen and its armed forces.

He urged Yemenis not to join the Saudi-backed forces, accusing Riyadh of using financial incentives to recruit them to fight against their own people.
