๏ธ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ท๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ Al-Jazeera: The Secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council, Mohsen Razai, said that Tehran will not return to negotiations and the Strait of Hormuz will not be reopened unless its seven conditions are met.

According to him, the memorandum of understanding failed because the sequence of commitments was wrong, and that this time the order is clear: Iran's conditions must be implemented first.

"The Strait of Hormuz is not only a subject of agreement, but part of the guarantee for its implementation," he said, adding that Tehran is no longer interested in agreements whose only guarantee is political goodwill.
