Iraq, and says that the strait agreement and maps established by Oman must still be registered with the International Maritime Organization before the announcement:

"The costs imposed on us by Iraq due to the closure of the Strait of Hormuz. We are burdened with these costs and tried as much as possible to ease them on the Iraqi side. How can it be made easier?

by opening certain routes on the Iraqi side for the passage of its ships. All these costs are the result of the American attack - this shameful act of the USA, this American-Israeli attack - which cost not only the Iranian people but all the peoples of the region. I believe that the Iraqi people are aware and understand this reality: that the problems they are suffering at this time are caused by this US-Israeli attack. By the way, we are very pleased - thanks to the steadfastness of the Iraqi people - that we witnessed the withdrawal of US forces from Iraqi territory. Regarding the last question - and I have less than a minute left - there were very long negotiations with the Sultanate of Oman, but despite all these negotiations, why was there no announcement?

Every time they say, "it will be published in two days", "in a month" or "in a week". Why aren't the results of the negotiations or the document from these negotiations announced? Regarding the agreement, we have already announced the agreement between us and the residents of the south regarding the specific negotiation maps in the Straits. These must be registered with the International Maritime Organization so that they can be publicly announced and ratified by the International Maritime Organization. So they opened."
