Reuters: U.S. special envoy Vitkof is expected to travel this week to Norway for a new round of talks aimed at ending the war in Ukraine, with Ukrainian President Zelensky and European representatives.

The Oslo talks may include Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Støre, representatives from Britain, France, Germany, and Poland, as well as the European Union and NATO. U.S. special envoy Kushner is expected to participate remotely due to illness.

Vitkof is also expected to travel to Moscow to meet Russian President Putin to discuss issues related to Ukraine and the release of U.S. citizen Stephen Haverd, who was imprisoned in Russia in 2022.
