Kremlin spokesman Peskov confirmed that the plans are under discussion, but no agenda or final decision has been reached.

"There is still no clear understanding of the meeting itself or its potential agenda, although all three parties acknowledge the hypothetical possibility of such a meeting".

Trump has not yet made a final decision, but the Kremlin suggested holding the dialogue on the sidelines of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation summit.
